HotAllMemo is a hand writing tool like a memo paper that you can draw a small text in a line and a big picture in the full screen, and you can draw over any place with a marker or a pen.

HotAllMemo will free you from tapping key board to write. Drawing with your finger on phone is quicker and easier way than anything.

Simple operations with a Menu/Back button and long-pressing the display is a standard operation of Android that you are familiar with. And more convenient operations include of undoing by tilting the phone are supported.

Written memos are not only temporary documents but also organized documents with folders and cabinets.

Moving and copying a memo can be applied to a task management as follows.

• Example of Moving : To-Do List
  • Create "Ongoing" folder and "Completed" folder.
  • Add new tasks into "Ongoing" folder.
  • If you have done the task in "Ongoing" folder, move it to "Completed" folder.
  • You can manage more task statements with addition of folders: "Pending" "Rejected" and so on.
  • Creating shortcuts of folders on the home makes operations more convenient.

• Example of Copying : Check List
  • Create "Template" folder and "Working" folder.
  • Add templates of check lists into "Template" folder.
  • Copy a check list from "Template" folder to "Working" folder as necessary.
  • If you have checked an item, write over the check list in "Working" folder with a pen or a marker.
