| A | As sheet list is in descending order by timestamp, you can change the order by changing the date of the sheet. In Sheet list, long press the sheet, touch Properties, touch Date, and change the date and time. |
| Q | A new cabinet or folder is added to the bottom of the list. How can I insert a new one to the list without moving it from the bottom? |
| A | In the list, long press on the target position, and touch Insert New. For example, if you long press the fourth item, a new one is created as the fourth, and the old fourth item becomes the fifth. |
| Q | How can I move the data to other phone? |
| A | On Android5 or earlier, as all the drawing data is stored in the shared storage, so move it to the new phone with the USB connection. Under Android6 or later, as the data is sored the App-specific storage, so it is not visible, but the Setting App is able to create a buckup of the data. |
| Q | I can't undo sometimes. Why I can't? |
| A | HotallMemo stores actions of editing into the memory. Its capacity is limited. If actions are beyond it, oldest one will be deleted. Specially big size pen in direct editing mode spends large memory space. When you can not undo an action because of no history data, the vibration time is shorter than normal. When editing data is saved by Back button or screen turning off, all histories are cleared. So you can not undo no more actions. |
